Upgrading MiVoice Business Software

For Container-based MiVoice Business (cMiVB), you can upgrade the MiVoice Business software through the Mitel Performance Analytics application. For more information, refer to Mitel Performance Analytics documentation.

For all other platforms, you can upgrade the MiVoice Business software on your controller hard drive though the Server Manager. For more information, see ServiceLink > System Upgrade in the Server Manager Help.
